Acai Juices

Acai berry juices are one of the best ways to gain some of the most powerful nutrients our body needs. I don’t know of any better way to obtain a combination of fiber, amino acids and antioxidants all in one delicious juice.

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that those nutrients may help aid in the prevention of premature aging and other health issues. I don’t know about you, but I could certainly use help in those areas. Currently heart disease is one of the most common health problems. Common. The words “common” and “disease” should not even be associated with our hearts.

Some may blame manufacturers on our health, but in reality we’re actually the ones to blame. We have a choice in what we put into our bodies. We can choose to keep consuming oils and fats, which will eventually kill us, or we can consume good things like
acai juices, which may help us, live a fuller and healthier life for years to come.

Acai Superfoods

Most of us know Acai as one of the most powerful superfoods, but is it really true? In many ways, I believe so. Of course there are those who will tell you differently because they believe and trust some companies who are trying to take advantage of the acai berry’s health benefits by claiming immediate and miraculous results.

While the
acai berry is a powerful aid when it comes to our health, it isn’t going to give you immediate results and it won’t work without help. For example if you’re drinking the berry’s juice in hopes of reducing your risk of heart disease, but you’re eating a fattening diet, it’s not going to help. You can’t expect any super food to work if you’re fighting against it with bad nutritional habits.

So if you’re hearing bad reviews about acai being exceptional superfoods, walk away and remember - never judge a book by its cover. After all, the only opinion that should matter is your own.

What is Acai?

It’s not surprising that everyone is raving about a little red berry that is high in antioxidants, omega fatty acids, amino acids and fiber. Even celebrities like Oprah Winfrey are talking about the super fruit. Yet, some are still asking, “What is Acai and how can it help me?

Grown mostly in the swamp areas of South America, the acai berry is generally not found in its natural form due to its spoiling so fast. Once picked, the berry will spoil within 24 hours.

However, the acai berries can be obtained in juice, smoothies and even liquid vitamin form. So if you haven’t tried this delicious little berry, maybe you should. It’s high in antioxidants, amino acids, omega fatty acids and fiber.

Antioxidants help minimize the effects of free radical damage that can cause premature aging.

Amino acids help give us strength, energy and help build muscles.

Omega fatty acids play an important role in helping our bodies fight heart disease and lowering our cholesterol levels.

Fiber helps aid in a healthy digestive system as well as helps lower cholesterol levels.

So now that you know what Acai is, and how it can help you, isn’t it time you took control of your health instead of letting it take control of you?
